Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information collected through this website, what we do with it, how long we keep it and the rights you have.
Last updated: 2026-08-03. Effective date: 2026-08-03.
1. Who we are
This website, located at media.pacific-reps.com, is operated by Bayou & Bell Media Group, an independent media representation and buying firm owned by Rosetta Verret, with its office at 2805 Patterson Street, Houston, TX 77006, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bayou & Bell Media Group. We are the controller of personal information collected through this website.
You can reach us at any time by telephone on 713-348-4831 or by email at feedback@media.pacific-reps.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, company name, email address and telephone number when you submit the inquiry form, email us or call the office.
- Inquiry content — the market, budget range and description of your objectives that you choose to include in a message.
- Client records — where you become a client, the billing and campaign information necessary to perform our services under a written agreement.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address (which our hosting provider may truncate or discard), browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, and the pages you view with the date and time of each request. This is recorded in standard server logs.
- Usage data — if you consent to optional analytics cookies, aggregated information about which pages are visited, how long visitors stay and which links are followed.
- Consent record — your cookie choice is stored in your own browser’s local storage so that we do not ask again on every page. It is not transmitted to us.
2.3 What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details through this website, we do not request or process sensitive categories of personal information (such as health, biometric, racial or religious data), and we do not buy personal information from data brokers for the purpose of contacting website visitors.
3. How we use information
| Purpose | Information used |
|---|---|
| Responding to your inquiry and preparing a proposal | Contact details, inquiry content |
| Providing media planning and buying services under contract | Client records, contact details |
| Operating, securing and maintaining this website | Technical data |
| Understanding which pages are useful and improving them | Usage data (only with your consent) |
| Complying with tax, accounting and other legal obligations | Client records |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims | Any of the above, as strictly necessary |
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use website inquiry data to build advertising audiences.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the laws of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom apply to you, we rely on the following legal bases: consent for optional analytics cookies; steps prior to entering into a contract when you request a proposal; performance of a contract when we deliver services to a client; legitimate interests in operating and securing our website and communicating with business contacts; and legal obligation for record-keeping required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary storage is used to remember your cookie choice and to keep the site functioning. Optional analytics are loaded only after you select “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Declining optional cookies does not restrict any part of this website. Full detail, including categories and retention periods, is set out in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page.
6. Advertising platforms
As a media buying firm, we operate advertising accounts on platforms including Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads and Meta on behalf of our clients and, from time to time, for our own firm. Where we advertise our own services, an advertising platform may set a cookie or use a conversion tag on this website to measure whether a visit followed an advertisement. Any such tag is treated as an optional cookie and is loaded only with your consent. These platforms act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their own tags and their own privacy policies apply in addition to this one. Data collected in client advertising accounts belongs to the client, is held in the client’s own platform account, and is never combined with visitor data from this website.
7. Sharing your information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — our web hosting provider, email provider and accounting software provider, each acting on our instructions under a written agreement and only to the extent necessary to provide their service.
- Media vendors — where you are a client, the business contact and billing information required to place an insertion order in your name.
- Professional advisers — our accountants and attorneys, where necessary and under a duty of confidentiality.
- Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, court order or a lawful request from a public authority.
- Business transfer — if the firm were sold or merged, information would transfer to the acquirer subject to this policy.
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise make personal information available to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Retention
| Category | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Inquiries that do not become engagements | 24 months from last contact, then deleted |
| Client contract and campaign records | 7 years after the engagement ends (tax and audit requirements) |
| Server access logs | Up to 90 days |
| Aggregated analytics | Up to 26 months, in aggregate form only |
| Cookie consent record | Stored in your browser for up to 12 months |
9. Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection where supported by the host. Access to inquiry email and client records is restricted to staff who need it, protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it. Devices used by staff are password protected and encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; please do not send confidential commercial information or any sensitive personal data through the website form.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion; to object to or request restriction of certain processing; to request a portable copy of information you provided to us; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email feedback@media.pacific-reps.com or write to the office address above. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need a reasonable extension. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
11. Texas and other US state privacy rights
Residents of Texas (under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) and of other states with comparable laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia, have the rights described in section 10, together with the right to appeal a refusal of a request. To appeal, reply to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will respond in writing within 60 days explaining the outcome. We do not sell personal data and we do not process personal data for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If you are a California resident, we have not disclosed personal information for monetary consideration in the preceding twelve months.
12. Children
This website is directed to businesses and is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
13. Third-party links
Our pages may link to vendor, publisher or industry websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.
14. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least annually. If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects how we handle your information, we will note it on the homepage for at least thirty days. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
